UNLABELLED AWARDS honors individuals whose impact is profound, consistent, and often unseen. Nominees must exemplify excellence behind the scenes, uplifting others without seeking recognition.

1. Behind-the-Scenes Impact

The nominee must primarily work outside of the spotlight, contributing meaningfully to the success, well-being, or advancement of others.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Managers, assistants, coordinators, publicists

• Stylists, designers, barbers, makeup artists

• Educators, mentors, community leaders

• Production, security, operations, or support staff

• Humanitarians, organizers, and quiet change makers

2. Consistency of Service

The nominee must demonstrate sustained dedication, not a one-time act.

Minimum guideline:

• At least 3 to 5 years of consistent service, impact, or leadership

OR

• A clear legacy of influence that continues to shape others

The nominee’s work must have:

• Positively influenced individuals, communities, industries, or platforms

• Created opportunities, stability, healing, growth, or elevation for others

• Left a lasting imprint beyond personal gain

Impact may be professional, cultural, creative, or humanitarian.

• Integrity, humility, and professionalism

• Respect for others and ethical conduct

5. Alignment With the Mission

Nominees should reflect the spirit of UNLABELLED AWARDS:

Honoring the unseen hands.

Celebrating the uncredited pillars.

Recognizing excellence without labels.

They uplift others, often without applause and rarely

ask to be recognized.

6. Nomination Submission Requirements

Each nomination must include:

• Full name of nominee

• Area of impact or field of work

• Award category being nominated for

• A written statement explaining why this individual deserves recognition

• Specific examples of impact are strongly encouraged

• Optional supporting materials

• Testimonials

• Photos and all media links

• Letters of support

Self-nominations may be accepted only if accompanied by third-party validation.

• All nominations are reviewed by the UNLABELLED AWARDS Selection Committee

• Honorees are chosen based on depth of impact, consistency, and alignment with the mission

• Not all nominations result in selection

• Selection decisions are final and made with integrity and care

Recipients of the Unlabelled Awards Legacy Trophy join a lineage of excellence that transcends fame. This honor is not merely bestowed. It is earned, preserved, and remembered.

Honoree Confirmation Clause

Every honoree selected for Unlabelled Awards is formally recognized as a distinguished recipient of the Legacy Trophy, a symbol of timeless achievement.

To preserve the integrity of this honor, each honoree must confirm their attendance and acceptance in writing before the event date. If an honoree declines or fails to appear in person without 72 hrs official notice, the award will be respectfully forfeited and reassigned to another deserving recipient whose presence reflects the true spirit of this institution.

This policy ensures that every award presented carries both meaning and presence, upholding the prestige of Unlabelled Awards and the values it represents.

Honoree Ambassador Participation

As ambassadors of the Unlabelled Awards mission, honorees are encouraged to support the evening that honors them by actively participating in event promotion and attendance.

Each honoree is respectfully asked to commit to the sale or sponsorship of a minimum of five (5) tickets, or equivalent support, as a gesture of alignment with the mission and sustainability of the Unlabelled Awards platform.

This participation is not a condition of worthiness, but a reflection of shared purpose ensuring that the stories, values, and impact of those honored continue to be celebrated with excellence.
